Graduate Gateway

Graduate Gateway offers you the opportunity to use a graduate on an assignment to enhance your company performance.

Note: For a limited period, this scheme is being subsidised, offering greater support for your company. Please get in touch as soon as possible for further information.

This cost-effective initiative has proved effective over a number of years with both employers and graduates. After completing their assignment, 75% of graduates have been retained by their host company.

We carefully select local graduates to carry out specific assignments in companies, regardless of their sector or size, and will provide guidance and support throughout the assignment.

Company benefits:
  • saving of staff time and recruitment costs
  • releases senior staff to work on other assignments
  • evaluation of new opportunities without a major financial commitment
  • opportunity to employ the graduate on completion of the assignment at no additional cost
How the service works:
  • our staff will visit you to discuss and define the assignment
  • we recommend a suitable graduate, matched to your business, for you to interview
  • your chosen graduate spends six months with your company, with our support
  • you can recruit the graduate at no extra cost, on assignment completion
