We match your company's specific needs to the University's most relevant expertise by placing graduates with directly relevant skills into companies to work on a whole range of business or product development projects central to the needs of the employer.
Graduate Gateway
Graduate Gateway involves graduates from the East Midlands region working in local companies for 26 weeks on specific business improvement assignments.
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP)
A Knowledge Transfer Partnership involves at least one high-quality graduate working in a company for 1 to 3 years on a project central to the needs of the company, whilst drawing on knowledge and expertise from the University. Projects are jointly supervised by the company and the University.
